Westboro Beach cleared after pair spotted with apparent guns

Police say they’ve arrested two men after witnesses spotted an apparently armed pair at Westboro Beach Sunday.Police were alerted at 12:49 p.m. and the beach cleared while officers located them. The two men, both 18, were arrested and a weapon was recovered.
