Weather: Sun and cloud mix it up, as July heat wave continues

Environment Canada is calling for a warm but pleasant Tuesday, with a mix of sun and cloud and high of 29 C.
The day is forecast to start mainly cloudy, but the sun is slated to take over by 9 a.m and it should remain mainly sunny until about 6 p.m. Then, clouds are forecast to move back in for a partly cloudy evening.
While the day’s temperatures should drop no lower than 20 C and cap out in the high 20s, the humidex is forecast for a balmy 34 C, and the UV index at eight or very high.
