Weather: Blustery and snowy for the St. Patrick's Day Parade

If you are heading downtown to catch the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, you will want to bundle up.
Saturday morning will see some flurries and local blowing snow with winds out of the west at 30 km/h gusting to 50. The temperature will fall in the morning to -4 C, then rise to 0 C. The windchill will make it feel closer to -9.
Snow accumulation should be in the 2 cm range.
