Water use restrictions in effect starting on Friday in Gatineau sectors

Restrictions on water use will begin in the Hull and Aylmer sectors of Gatineau Friday as the city’s water treatment plant undergoes a $68-million “open heart surgery” project. The primary measure will be a mechanical watering ban, forbidding the use of automatic sprinklers and other measures.
