Water main break partially closes Pretoria Bridge to vehicles

A water main break shut down the Pretoria Bridge and is affecting surrounding intersections during the Friday morning commute.
The city’s traffic centre reported that Hawthorne Avenue was closed from Main Street to Queen Elizabeth Drive after the break.
Due to required repairs, the Pretoria Bridge was at first closed to vehicles in both directions. By about 8:30 a.m., it was improved to lane closures.
