WANTED: Have you seen this federal inmate?

The Ontario Provincial Police have released a Canada Wide Warrant for an offender who has breached the conditions of his parole.
Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate John James Rodney Hill, 34. Hill is described as a Caucasian man standing 6′ (183cm) in height. He weighs around 150 lbs (66 Kg) and has brown eyes and was last seen with a shaved head or very short brown hair. He has tattoos on both hands, his right arm and across his back.
