Wanted girl in high-rise homicide captured

A 16-year-old girl wanted in the high-rise homicide of Ahmad Afrah has been arrested, the Citizen has learned.
The girl, who cannot be named because of her age, was arrested Friday morning within city limits after a Canada-wide warrant for her arrest was issued one week ago. She has been charged with manslaughter and aggravated assault.
