Victim identified in fatal six-vehicle Hwy. 401 pile-up near Quebec border

Police have identified the woman who died when a tractor trailer collided with her car on the westbound lanes of Highway 401 near the Quebec border Monday, sparking a multi-vehicle pile-up.
The OPP said six vehicles – two tractor trailers and four passenger vehicles – were involved in the crash in South Glengarry Township around 2:30 p.m. It happened near mile marker 828.
