Via Rail service delayed after incident in city's west end

Via rail service between Ottawa and Toronto was delayed Tuesday morning because of an incident on the train tracks in the city’s west end.Police were called to to an incident on the tracks in the area of Highway 416 and McKenna Casey Drive just before 8 a.m..
