Upper Ottawa Valley OPP hunts serial kitty litter litterer

Provincial police have issued all points bulletin for a serial kitty litterer who has been allegedly been operating in the Whitewater region near Pembroke.
“An unknown person(s) has been dumping bags of cat feces along Lapasse Road between Lookout Road and Pleasant Valley Road in Whitewater Region (WWR),” police said in a tweet Thursday morning.
They were alerted to the problem Monday but “information from WWR suggests the problem has been ongoing.”
