UPDATED: One teen dead, second arrested in construction site incident

A Barrhaven man says he was celebrating Thanksgiving with a dozen family members Monday when a frantic young man pounded on his door with grim news.
Addison Esbit told the Citizen the young man was begging for help, saying he had just run over his friend with a piece of heavy machinery.
He was bare chested.
In his hands was a blood-soaked shirt.
Esbit called 911. Then he and his son ran off to the location of the incident, near the corner of Freshwater Way and Cape Jack Crescent in the community
