Avoid areas of flooding that have shut down roadways including Island Park Drive under the 417 overpass, where there’s reportedly two feet of water. Halifax Drive is flooded from Dakota Avenue to Walkley Road.
Gatineau police are sending patrols to check on residents confined to their homes in Parc de la Rivi
