Two Napanee-area men face three dozen charges in historic sexual assaults

Provincial police say two men are facing a total of more than three dozen charges following a sexual assault investigation in Eastern Ontario.
Police say the alleged offences occurred between 2000 and 2013.
Investigators say the men were arrested last month and that they are releasing few details due to a court-ordered publication ban.
