Trick or treating forecast: Cool, but clearing

After Monday’s deluge, the Halloween night’s forecast is far from frightful.
Environment Canada predicts that Tuesday will be mainly cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of afternoon showers, gusty winds and a high of 8 C.
But by the time little trick-or-treaters hit the streets, skies are forecast to clear and wind become light. They’ll need to bundle up, though, with a low of -1 C.
