Transport Canada clears Santa, and newly licenced Mrs. Claus, for takeoff

While Transport Canada reported Thursday that they’ve cleared the jolly old elf and his newly-licenced co-pilot, Mrs. Claus for take-off, Minister Marc Garneau warned the sleigh crew to stay off the sauce on Christmas Eve.
