Ottawans are eagerly offering up their commuting routes in a CAA “contest” for the worst roads in Ontario with potholes the #1 complaint.
Contenders include Carling Avenue between Holland and Bronson avenues for the “perpetual potholes” and St. Joseph Boulevard for general madness.
