Traffic update: 417 slow after tractor trailer rollover

A tractor trailer rollover has snarled traffic amid fears of a fuel spill on the 417 westbound this morning.
The fire department was called to the westbound Highway 417 at the Vanier Parkway at 5:38 a.m. and found that the tanker portion of the rig holding liquid natural gas had come off the truck.
The tanker was intact but they could smell gas.
Hazardous materials technicians were sent to the scene while the driver of the transport truck, who was conscious, was taken to the hospital by paramedi
