Traffic: United We Roll convoy back for Day 2

The OPP is warning motorists to plan ahead for potential delays on the eastbound Highway 417 from Arnprior Wednesday as the United We Roll convoy of heads to Parliament Hill for a second day of protests.
Co-organizer Jason Corbeil said Tuesday that the convoy expects to show up on the Hill at about 10 a.m. Wednesday with a rally again starting at 11 p.m.
