Traffic snarled on Vanier Parkway after driver suffers "medical condition"

Police shut down a section of the northbound Vanier Parkway, where first responders found a man in critical condition after a two-vehicle crash near Queen Mary Street, late Tuesday morning.
Paramedics, police and firefighters responded to the collision at 11:03 a.m.
