Traffic: Fire sparks road closures, bus detours

The big traffic tie-up is due to a fire that’s closed Holland Avenue in both directions from Spencer Street to Wellington Street and blocked Armstrong Street at Holland Avenue, city police reported Friday morning.
“Please avoid the area and plan an alternate route,” officers asked.
Elsewhere, OPP said major arteries were slightly lighter than usual, although the normal westbound delays were present on the Queensway.
