Traffic: Catherine Street lane closures, Hwy. 7 road work

School buses are back ferrying kids, garbage trucks are plying residential streets and it looks like everyone who took a snow day is trying to get into work early Thursday morning.
The road is clear and dry but westbound Queensway traffic was slow by 6:30 a.m.
Watch for a snarl downtown after a fire Wednesday afternoon. After being closed overnight, the city’s traffic centre reported at about 8:15 a.m. that Catherine Street had reopened.
