Traffic alert: Rideau Canal change huts to be installed this weekend

Sections of the roadways of both Queen Elizabeth Driveway and Colonel By Drive will be temporarily closed to motorists on Saturday as crews work to install changing and washroom facilities in preparation for winter skating season.
The National Capital Commission, which oversees the waterway, said closures will occur:Along Colonel By Drive between Hawthorne Avenue (Pretoria Bridge) and Daly Avenue between 5:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.
