Tractor trailer rollover snarls traffic on 417

A tractor trailer rollover has snarled traffic amid fears of a fuel spill on the 417 westbound this morning. The fire department was called to the westbound Highway 417 at the Vanier Parkway at 5:38 a.m. and found that the tanker portion of the rig holding liquid natural gas had come off the truck.
