Tractor-trailer loaded with vehicles lands in ditch after collision on Highway 417

Ottawa Fire Service is warning motorists to avoid westbound Highway 417 at Anderson road after a tractor-trailer loaded with vehicles collided with a van, landing the trailer in a ditch.
