Tornado aftermath: Senators fundraising campaign tops $340,000

A week after six tornadoes ripped through Eastern Ontario, The Ottawa Senators announced it has raised more than $340,000 through a GoFundMe campaign.
In a media release Friday, the Ottawa Senators Foundation said it will use these funds to support two critically important aspects of the tornado relief effort: food security and mental health.
The foundation said itwill direct $200,000 to local food banks and $140,000 (or more) to community resource centres working to provide counselli
