Bijan Sulaimany drove for more than an hour from his Barrhaven home on Saturday morning, looking for an open gas station in the wake of Friday’s tornado that ripped through the region. One after the other was closed until he arrived at Drummond’s Gas on Bronson Avenue, between Carling Avenue and the Queensway, miles and miles from home.
