Who gets priority in winter storms?
Here we go again. At 8:45 Friday morning, I was on Laurier Avenue. Sure enough, the bike lanes were cleared for the 200 or so people who ride their bikes in snowy weather like that. At noon, the sidewalks were still not plowed, let alone the side streets.
Talk about a total waste of taxpayers’ money.
