Today's letters: Why did councillors approve LRT Stage 2?

I would like to know why some city councillors voted yes when they had doubts about the LRT Phase 2 project. Coun. Carol Anne Meehan asked, “Are we supposed to rubber stamp this project?” If that was how she felt, she should have voted No. I agree with Coun. Diane Deans’s position of voting No because she said she did not get enough information on the project.
It is time council and the
