Re: Embassy’s plans for Island Park Drive met with resistance, Jan. 17.
The proposed development of the Thai Embassy was met with community outrage – five years ago, in 2014. Fast-forward to 2019 and suddenly the city’s planning department is supporting the rezoning application, and introducing the term “embassy use” in its report.
