Re: Disabled man down, wheelchair trapped in sidewalk pothole, April 2.
On Feb. 5, Stephen St. Denis’s wheelchair caught on an ice patch, spun and flipped over in the middle of the bus lane on Albert Street. St. Denis was not struck by an approaching vehicle but that was thanks to good luck and despite the poor maintenance of the sidewalk.
