Parking enforcement weak in Westboro
Re: 80,639 requests later, Ottawa bylaw might make case for more resources, Jan. 15.
While I expect the head of Bylaw, Roger Chapman, is correct that the increase in the number of parking-related calls was in part due to Ottawa 2017 events, he should come to Westboro during the day and see what our neighbourhood looks like. Streets within easy walking of Richmond Road are wall-to-wall vehicles and in some cases, they block private driveways.
