Declaring the area near the Canadian Museum of History a heritage district is a smart move, which will discourage turning the area into a future developer’s ghetto. An important museum like the Canadian Museum of History shouldn’t have to be over shadowed. It’s probably time to declare Western Quebec and Ottawa a national capital district, akin to Washington, D.C., so t
