When I first read about the Ontario plan to clear the autism services waiting list, I did not understand how it would work. How would changing the path that money follows as it flows from government coffers to therapeutic institutions shorten the waiting list?
After reading about the inadequacy of the proposed “childhood budget,” I understood. Today’s health syst
