Three teens arrested in 'targeted' stabbing near Billings Bridge

Ottawa police have arrested three teenage males in connection with a “targeted” stabbing that occurred near the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre on Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to the mall at Riverside Drive and Bank Street at 4:22 p.m. Thursday and located the 18-year-old victim with non-life threatening injuries from a stab wound.He was taken to hospital in stable condition. His identity was not released.
