Three people will be displaced after a fire in the basement of their home caused between $15,000 and $20,000 in damage on Sunday.
According to fire officials, the blaze was reported around 2 p.m. at 281 Craig Henry Dr. in Nepean. Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke coming from a middle townhouse unit at the address.
