Three arrested in 'targeted' stabbing at Billings Bridge

Ottawa police have arrested three people in connection with a “targeted” stabbing that occurred at the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre on Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded at 4:22 p.m. to an emergency call from the mall at Riverside Drive and Bank Street.
They found a young man suffering non-life threatening injuries from a stab wound. He was taken to hospital.
