Thieves make off with firearms, hunting bows in string of Bancroft-area break-ins

The OPP in Bancroft responded to four break-and-enter reports in five days last week, some involving the theft of multiple firearms and hunting bows.
Between July 29 and Aug. 7, a seasonal residence on Millionaires Walk in Hastings Highlands was broken into through a window, and the suspect or suspects stole a set of keys, police said.
