Temperatures rising, but weekend's looking damp

It looks as though the National Capital region will have to deal without weather office warnings, alerts and/or special statements for the next few days.
For the next few days, and straight through the weekend, the forecast is for above-average daytime temps, albeit with periods of either snow, freezing rain or rain.
