A Prescott teen is dead after he was struck by a car on Highway 416 in Edwardsburgh Township, about 80 kilometres south of Ottawa, on Monday night.Grenville County OPP said that the 18-year-old was near mile marker 13 when he was struck by a southbound vehicle around 11:15 p.m.
