Tactical rifle seized at Nepean shatter lab: Police

Police seized a tactical rifle, ammunition and a host of cannabis products in raids of a pair of Nepean addresses Friday.
One was operating as a butane extraction lab producing “shatter,” a cannabis concentrate, police said in a release Wednesday.
Four people were arrested and charged.
Along with 28.9 kg of pot, police seized 2.6 kg of hash, 649.2 grams of shatter and a variety of other products containing THC, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis. They included 5.75
