Suspended licence, wrong plates, too much alcohol: Outaouais driver arrested

Police in St. Pierre de Wakefield arrested a man for driving while extremely drunk at 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
It started as a call to the MRC des Collines police about a man and woman arguing. But officers who arrived at the address on the main road through the village soon arrested a 34-year-old man for driving under the influence.
Tests showed he had double the acceptable level of alcohol in his system, police say.
