Tuesday is crisp and sunny, snow arrives Wednesday night and Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement warning of the risk of freezing rain Thursday.
The icy deluge may affect the Ottawa Valey as another large low-pressure system “brewing” over the Southern Plains south of the border head towards the region, weather watchers reported.
