Sunday weather status: mainly cloudy and crisp

Welcome to a Goldilocks Sunday, as far as December weather goes in Ottawa. Cold, but not too cold; cloudy but with breaks of sunshine.
Currently the temperature is -4 C, but this will fall throughout the day to a low of -6 C overnight.  A Northeast wind is blowing 15 km/h and there’s a windchill of -10 C.
