Sun shines bright for Ottawa-Gatineau ALS fundraiser walk

Thousands of participants enjoyed perfect weather Saturday for the five kilometres Walk for ALS in support of people and families living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.Participants of all ages set out from the War Museum on Vimy Place at 11 a.m., headed west towards the Rémic Rapids area.
