Stolen urn returned under mysterious circumstances

The case of a missing urn took a strange twist over the weekend as the OPP reported that a pink urn containing the ashes of a recently deceased woman had been recovered and returned to the family.  
The Pembroke detachment of the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP are continuing their hunt for the thief. The odd bit has to do with how the urn was discovered.
