Ottawa awoke to a sprinkling of snow and a –20 wind chill Monday and while we’re headed to a sunny high of 0 C the mercury is forecast to plunge to –13 C overnight.
So called “normals” for late March are highs of 5 C and lows of –4 C.
Tuesday is sunny with a morning wind chill of –16, high of 3 C and low of –9 C.
