St. Regis Mohawk Tribe joins members in PCB suit against Monsanto

HOGANSBURG, N.Y. – The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe has joined a lawsuit, originally launched by two of its community members, against one of the biggest names in corporate America: Monsanto.
The lawsuit was initially filed in St. Louis County circuit court in Missouri in September on behalf of David Back and Rosalie Jacobs, but the case as already added four more plaintiffs from the First Nation: Agnes Jacobs, Amberdawn LaFrance, Clarissa Roraback and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe itself.
