St. Patrick's Day: Parade route parking ban, police to implement RIDE program

Even if you have the luck of the Irish, don’t park on Bank Street during the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Saturday.
You’ll be ticketed and towed, the city’s bylaw department warns.
Vehicles have to be off the parade route, which starts at City Hall and runs to Lansdowne Park, between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
