Spring sprung? Nope. Special weather statement predicts (yet another) freezing rain bout

To start on a positive note, Saturday’s high hit 10.3 C, and that felt much warmer with the sunshine. Some Ottawans even dared to take off their puffy jackets.
But that was just a tease.
