Some downtown streets remain closed as work continues on watermain break

Downtown traffic was slow Tuesday as after a broken watermain flooded the intersection of O’Connor and Nepean streets.
Southbound O’Connor Street between Gloucester and Lisgar streets and Nepean Street between Bank and Metcalfe streets are closed to both vehicles and pedestrians for their own safety, police said.
